Ndayishimiye Alain leads AI and Machine Learning projects at The Centre for AI Policy and Innovation in Rwanda, emphasizing governance and policy. Previously, he founded IT startups specializing in Machine Learning and Blockchain. Alain has an MSc in Machine Learning from the University of Illinois and a BS in Computer Science from Buena Vista University, and serves on the Rwanda Social Security Board.
