Alex Ntale

Alex Ntale is a leading figure in Rwanda's ICT sector, currently serving as CEO of the Rwanda ICT Chamber, where he focuses on fostering collaboration between private and public sector entities within the ICT industry. His responsibilities include establishing and overseeing innovation centres for technology startups, such as KLAB and Fablab Rwanda, along with spearheading the development of new Applied Research Labs.

Before his role at the ICT Chamber, Alex served as a freelance software developer and lecturer at Université Libre de Kigali, specialising in the Faculty of Finance and Banking. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Investment and Quantitative Finance from the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Business Information Technology from the National Computing Centre (NCC Education) in the UK, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Makerere University in Uganda.
